I had bought a mens' perfume (EDT) 'Pleasures for men - Estee Lauder' on 26th March. I received the order in a couple of days.
The way the packing of the product was done, made it impossible for me to not spoil the packing when I opened the package. Once I opened the package, I realized that it was a cologne (much cheaper than an EDT).
I immediately informed the company and they said that they will replace it only if the package has not been unsealed. I told them that the way the packing was done, will cello tapes all around the package, the seal was mean to come off. I told them that if they can't exchange the product for the correct one, they should at least reimburse me the difference in the price of a cologne and an EDT.
Despite several emails from me, the company has not bothered to even reply to me.
