Misconception of Exchange Offe

Myself P.N. Sarkar residence of 567/158 Anand Nagar, Alambagh, Lucknow. Through the advertisement I came to know about the exchange offer by Big Bazar. But when I sold it out my old utensils worth Rs. 1940/- I came to know that only 10% of the coupon amount will be consume in the total marketing rest of 90% amount has to be paid cash. It means to consume Rs. 1940/- I have to again invest atleast Rs. 19400. So it is ridiculus that it is the hidden policy to the customer and it is enforced to purchase them out of their budget. I feel cheated and kept the coupons with me only because I am not in a position to purchase another Rs. 19400/-. So, please go through this matter and intimate me what action being taken in this regard.
