My order number was 103892. I had ordered flowers, balloons and chocolates. Balloons were never delivered and flowers delivered were of very poor quality and wilted. After trying for a long time the customer service picked up the phone and asked me to send an email to [email protected] and they will re-deliver it. But nothing was done and it is almost impossible to contact them on the phone given on website. It has been a long time and nothing was done.
