Refund after termination of net connection

My name is Nishigandha Kunte. My login id is [email protected] . my email id [email protected]. I had requested for termination of my connection as i was not getting net connectivity even for half an hour since the day i have taken connection... so i want my refund.. your service men are saying that i am not applicable for refund because in my net plan of rs.1100 per month i paid advance of 4 months and thus no installation charges and modem charges was taken from me... but i did not ask you for this! this cant be a discount at all..this was your company scheme..not our request..as we are genuinely facing a problem regarding the connectivity, and our usage is just of 4 days... thus i should get my refund!!! reply as soon as possible! thank you -nishigandha
