My broadband is either not working or working intermittently. I have been complaining to the customer care. Each time nobody is attending the complaint but the complaint disappears probably it is part of the programming that after some time complaint is cleared. I tried to contact to their of senior executives whose email address are available on their customer care website but they choose not to respond to the mail. I am registering complaint every day and i am getting a new complaint number. the details of complaint number are as given below.

Of late even the services of customer care executive is not available on 1504 contrary to their claim on their website. MTNL is regularly raising the bills for the internet service without providing the service. I am left with no other option but to stop payment.
