Hathway Broadband Internet
Payment made to hathway but hatway says no payment received amount deducted from account

I made a payment yesterday 12-12-12, using net-banking facility towards hathway acc no. 825397
payment was made...
But it was reflected there...
and its not showing that the payment is made, ...
I contacted Bank of Baroda for this...
they said the transaction was successful and the amount is debited from my account and credited to hathway...
amount of 1544.95 was deducted from my account but it is not showing that the payment is made...
i made the payment at around 9.30..
so plz help me out...
