My device number is *Photon No: 9212457877* and i am facing problem with device it *Frequently connected and Disconnected and speed is very low from last 35 days.
I consult with costumer care so many times and Engineer also visited on my location but they are not providing any solution. I consult so many times with costumer care but not they disappoint me. My Bill of November month around Rs. 1200/- but my plan of Rs 946/- why engineer charges included in my bill. When i consult with engineer they assured me engineer charges not included in bill if any problem in network but they include engineer visit charges in bill.
Note: My network speed ("http://www.speedtest.net/") at 9 Pm on 18-dec speed around (150-160).
Tell me what to do with my device can i go for disconnection? It really question mark on tata teleservices and support services.
