I have disconnected the tikona broadband services long back in the year 2010 and just couple of days back I got a call from some one representing himself as an advocate filing case against consumers. My details are as follows

I think we have to now fight against companies like tikona broadband as they give poor services and then start making wrong calls and scams by harassing innocent public misusing the laws and jurisdiction of ipc. I have all the slips and receipts of payment done so far I have the day 1 receipt were I have paid rs - For installation and then paid monthly payments. There I have the receipts of final settlements too along with the receipts of monthly payment done through online and direct in person. One of their technical person has take away the material too. I now wanted them to return back my advance which was paid to them as advance or else I will file a case against them.
Again I warn them to be aware before making a call to anyone in future as there are people who have paid the entire dues and have enough supporting documents which shows you are going to be back fire.
I need no solution but support from consumers who have the same concerns so that we fight together and pull this companies out of business.
