Dear Sir/Mam,

i have recharged my mobile no 9908445773 with Rs.50 on 30.10.2012. but the transaction got failed according to www.paytm.com where as my bank accunt got debited for Rs.50 . paytm has not provided any option to claim failed transaction amount in their website. nomatter how much amount my account debited but as a consumer i have the right to claim if the transaction got failed. i request you all not use paytm website for recharge
