Land Line is dead

My landline no. Is 04366 243621. I have been promptly paying the tariff well before due date regularly on line. My above line is not working for the past one week. It is dead. I am unable to connect the broadband. I have registered a complaint in 198 but my problem is not solved. I have been trying SDO in 04366 250700 but there is absolutely no response. Please rectify my land line 243621
