Hello,

My reliance broadband user id is: 397767661365

initially I got combo connection (landline internet)

I requested to change to only internet and terminate only landline.

I kept for request about more than 2 times. (192299061 and 191606803 etc). while taking the connection, it is mentioned that if I want to use landline I have to bring the phone device myself.

But after terminating the landline - they chagred "one time charges" - which is for device

Without proving the device how could you charge 1000 for it?

I kept a request again that I didnt take device (request# 195052431), so the amount would be adjusted in coming months

I will not be reachable on my mobile for a month. Payment last date for the same is by Jan7th around.

Could you look into this issue?

Until you resolve this issue, I wont be paying the amount.
