In June tata indicom had disconnected my Internet connection due non payment and the same extended till July. I had called TATA indicom help line to cancel my connection and settle the non used bill however they said me that the connection can be canceled only after the full settlement. till august the bills were generated without Internet usage and later i agreed to settle the due amount to stop the harassing calls received from the payment collection department.

In September i had an agreement with the collection department to pay all the dues as final settlement and to permanently disconnect the connection. The payment collection department had agreed on same and asked to pay immediately by cash to tata indicom representative and the connection will be terminated.

The Tata Indicom representative who visited my residence collected the amount of final settlement. I asked him to take the wire and the router box with him. He conveyed that the person for collecting the router is different and they will come later however he conveyed my connection will be terminated and further bill not be generated since the final settlement is made and no need to worry with it.

However till date the issue is not solved and the bills are getting generated every month.

I have been getting harassing calls frequently and i have been explaining my issues to the new person every time a call comes.

I have written complaint mails however no reply is given me on mails. New people call me every time asking payment and they say since they are from payment collection department they do not have any records of my account of transaction including the status of my complaint number.

I have also sent many mails directly to the collection department team as they had requested but every time a new person calls me and i have to explain each and every details time and again.

Tata Indicom team also confirms on phone that the connection was dead and there was no usage from the last bill settlement but the records shows that there is no request made for cancellation hence i need to make the last payment.

My dissatisfaction is that even though i had settled the payment for which i have not used. Tata Indicom is asking me money for bills which are going on generating.

The complaint number which i have no response is as follows. 338327365 (dated 1st DEC).
