Three weeks ago I paid for two watches totaling $400.00 dollars my payment was processed through transecute systems. I received notice from transecute sytems that payment was complete. Since that time I have not received my watches or any response from watchez about my order. when I check my order status on watchez own order tracking system it reads under processing. even though one email stated that my order had been processed and would be shipped. when I try to contact transecute to try and get my money refunded to me it becomes clear that they have no link to report fraud. my advise is do not do business with either watchez.com or have credit card payments processed through transecute. they will not help get your money back.
