This criminal degenrate signed agreements with clients to provide SEO services in exchange for a profit sharing system, he never delivered anything to the clients and overcharged for services which never were delivered. As if that were not enough and after asking his sales people in the US to send money to make payroll he robbed the workers who came online here to post their remarks on complaint.

He lied and cheated to reconnect with an executive that had posted his DynaShoppe a/k/a DynaShoppe-eCommerce more recently www.Fluent-eCommerce.com a/k/a Fluent-eCommerce (he keeps changing names to fool those he robbed).

We sent them tens of thousands to stay in business and even borrowed funds to purchase products he never delivered -- because he had NOBODY else to sell their almost ready for prime time software product the DynaShoppe.
We brought over 130, 000 clicks in one week all over the Planet to the product sites using a press release.
By the time the release went out most of the links on it were dead due to Raj's bumbling incompetence. Clients whom he said were happy with the product told us they were in fact losing money and lost time working with it. So after we sent a letter of termination, Mindware Software Solutions, AKA DynaShoppe decided that we would not only lose the money they agreed at the end of December (about $8, 000 we were due) we now had to justify again by going over old records and rehashing the entire document files and sales cycles.
In addition to that Lonsane could not meet payroll and we were asked to send him our total receipts without taking our fees to save his company. Since he promised us shares of stock in the firm, and issued me the title of Co-CEO we went along with his scam.
In addition to this we had sent him other funds to purchase custom software which we never received, what we did receive were self serving emails telling us that what had been quoted at $12, 000 had gone up to over $70, 000.
Lonsane like so many of his compatriots is a liar, a thief and a cheat. India is such a hotbed of fraud today that Western Union no longer allows people to send money by credit or debit cards -- only cash. Their limit for credit or debit cards recently was raised from $300 TOTAL per month to $399.
So those of you who think of outsourcing to India -- be prepared to suffer the consequences. In any event Indians can copy and emulate what America invents but are limited as to what they themselves can do. Low quality design of front end, good engineers but not leaders.

DynaShoppe Secures Funding and Moves Ahead With Development
Life goes on... After years of working ourselves to the bone and putting blood, sweat and tears into the product Richard is back with the company in full strength working on US marketing efforts.
The firm has over 40 staffers working 24/7 day night shifts on engineering, design and development. Advertising campaigns are full steam ahead and channel partners have requested agreements to sign on and sell this product that has come into its own after the company received much needed funding.
The prior posts on this were at a very trying time and as we say, life goes on and you need to move on.
