I have made payment to merchant using ccavenue, and ccavenue didnt passed the money to merchant. Because of this i cant continue my job as registered with the merchant as the amount has not reached to them. I suffered because of ccavenue payment gateway service, I have been mailing continously to the merchant and ccavenue regarding my payment but the reply from ccavenue was they passed the money to the merchant but the merchant on their side they are refusing and says big NO that they didn't received any amount from them.
