I tried to register a domain (or website name) with manashosting.com, on 26th May. I paid the money through Internet Banking. I received a mail saying that, my domain is registered on 29th May. (Later, I found out that it is registered in the name of their company instead of mine. I am not sure this is legal or illegal). Later i applied for domain control panel or whatever, for controlling my website or domain details.
From then, my trouble starts.
I was told to give Identity proof etc and wait 10-15 days to get my domain control details. After 10 days i submitted them, but to my bad luck, its almost 16 days now, i still dont get my control panel details. I talked on the phone, chat, registered a complaint but still unresponsible answer. They say the "process is in progress " for the last 1 week. I dont know how many weeks they will take it.
