Nonrefund of deposit

I shifted my residence from Sarjapur Rd. B'lore in April'07 to BAnnerghatta Rd. I was having Hathway Internet Provider which I had surrendered by settling the bill. Several times we have contacted Hathway Cable and Data com, St. John's Rd.by mail since their telephone lines are inaccessible for the Refund of Security deposit of Rs. 1000/- My account no.47741

Till date, they have not refunded the same.
