Airtel is huge in India but the service is poor just because they have outsourced certain units to sub dealers who dont even bother quality. I am an internet user and my life bread and butter depends on what i do online, when i registered for a broadband connection from airtel i had people come to my place the same day to my surprise within hours to collect details. I gave them all the details and also INR 1100 for installation, which was promised within 24 hours, but i had to call after 3 days to check if i will get internet. Airtel customer service had no idea of what i was calling for, fine i called the guy who had come to collect my details, some women picks up and speaks in kannada and says he is not there. My second attempt i called a reference number i was given and that gentleman said he will go to office and check, in case the order is processed it will take three days for refund or its the same day. I did not receive any call. I waited for 3 more days and called the agent who came to collect my details again, he answered stating that he was out of town and just came back and will go to the office and check on my refund of Rs1100. Its been more than three weeks in fact almost a month that there has been no response. Dealers are supposedly at millers road in-spite of calling and asking for address they have not given me the right one. Their names are Ravindra and Mr Reddy who came to collect my documents, I just want to know are such fraudulent activities done by airtel for more money because i have airtel registration form with details and numbers please contact me on 9739794109 for more details
