Last Friday 01-10 one agent named Arun (his airtel mobile no - 7760771369) came to my house (Krisnappa garden, C V Raman Nagar, Bangalore - 93) and said about Airtel borad band connection. I applied for a new connection with application number TBLR - 01421345 and paid 5k as advance for 5 months subscription for plan Browser 899 plan. He said technician and he will come and give connection by saturday. I was waiting for them. Now also they are coming. Did not get! It was a big cheating with me. Now his mobile is switched off. I call airtel customer care. They said no such application is registered and no such person is their agent. Airtel took it as complaint But i dont think i am going to get back my money or connection. I am cheated. One strange thing is that why Airtel is not taking any action against such fraud. Please help me to get my money back and catch these fraud people with the help of airtel network and police.
