Airtel Broadband customer.
I have taken a Rs.599 limited plan, 2GB transfer, as I use Internet on phone.
I never use more than 1GB in a month.
AIRTEL Bill says I have used 6GB, and my bill is Rs. 1337.
They waived off Rs. 600 after many fights and threats.
2nd Month, Bill comes to rs. 830. In this month, I used Internet for only 8 days, that too not more than 2 hrs a day.
How can I use 3GB in 8 days at the speed Airtel gives (30kbps max)???
I complained 2 times, and my phonecalls were cut by the irritating Customer care.
I asked for disconnection 3 times. Noone has come forward.
What do I do now?
They don't disconnect, nor solve my problem.
Where do i go?
AIRTEL SUCKS. Worst Service. Fraudulent Billing.
I can NEVER Trust Airtel in my Life.!
