I have booked a ticket online @ www.ezeego1.co.in on 27-oct. Amount was charged but no PNR number was generated. Send them email and got a call on 28-oct at 11:30am. i was promised that my pnr number would be generated within 6hrs. but till today 01-nov i havent heard anything from ezeego inspite of several emails which i have sent. If you are calling their customer care then minimum of 35-50minutes you will have to hold the line. Customer service executive are not able to give the answer and cutting the phone. This online site is completely fraud.
