DEAR SIR,

I HAD TAKEN AN AIRTEL FIXED LINE BROAD BAND CONNECTION IN MY EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION BASED IN COCHIN.THIS CONNECTION HAS BEEN TAKEN HARDLY ONE MONTH AGO. THE MARKETING EXECUTIVE HAS COME DOWN TO MY OFFICE AND SAID WE PROVIDE PROPER UNINTERRUPTED CONNECTION WITH ONE MBPS SPEED. I AGREED TO HIS TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND SPECIFICALLY SAID I WOULD TAKE YOUR SERVICE IF YOU KEEP UP WITH THE WORD YOU HAVE GIVEN TO ME.

THIS CONNECTION COMES IN A COMBO PACK WHICH INCLUDES TWO LAND PHONES WITH VOICE CALL AND ONE MBPS UNLIMTED INTERNET CONNECTIVITY. THE AIRTEL CONNECTION NUMBER IS 04844073504 AND CONNECTION IS BEEN TAKEN IN THE NAME OF ARR RAHMAN EDUCATION TRUST WITH CONTACT PERSON MOBILE NUMBER 09745204902.

INTERNET CONNECTION WHICH WAS PROVIDED WAS NOT WORKING FROM 23-06 2011AND COMPLAINT HAS BEEN REGISTERED ACCORDINGLY AND THE SERVICE REQUEST REFERENCE NUMBER IS 47989942. THE CUSTOMER CARE TEAM HAS PROMISED TO RECTIFY THE COMPLAINT

WITHIN THE NEXT 24 HORS WHICH I HAVE AGREED TO.IT WENT ON AND IT HAS BEEN NOT BEEN RESOLVED EVEN AFTER FOUR DAYS EVEN SEVERAL COMPLAINT REGISTRATIONS MADE WITH THE CUSTOMER CARE AND THEIR PROVIDED SERVICE REQUEST REFERENCE NUMBER ARE AS FOLLOWS 47990450, 47989942, 48026954, 48026954. EVERY TIME I CALL UP THE CUSTOMER CARE TEAM THEY GIVE THE NUMBER OF THE TECHNICAL MANAGER NUMBER WHERE HE NEVER PICKS UP HIS PHONE.

I THINK AS A CUSTOMER I HAS BEEN CHEATED IN ALL RESPECTS SINCE I HAVE BEEN BEARING SEVERE LOSSES AS A RESULT OF THIS ISSUE.YOU COULD IMAGINE THE INTENSITY OF LOSS WHERE THE TOTAL CONNECTION OF INTERNET SERVICE IS DOWN FOR THE PAST FOUR DAYS IN AN OFFICE

AS A CUSTOMER I WOULD BE FILING A CASE AGAINST THE AIRTEL BROADBAND FIXED LINE TEAM IN KERALA FOR CHEATING ME IN ALL RESPECTS AND FOR THE FINANCIAL LOSSES I HAVE SUFFERED.

I HOPE THIS ISSUE IS BEEN HIGHLITED TO ALL THE HIGHER AUTHORITIES IN THIS TEAM SO THAT NO OTHER CUSTOMER SHOULD FACE SUCH AN ISSUE AGAIN SPOILING THE REPUTATION OF AIRTEL COMPANY AND THE FAITH OF THE CUSTOMER WHICH PEOPLE HAVE WITH AN ORGANISATION LIKE AIRTEL.
