Worst Service, Fraud Billing, high conceited about thereself and Always False commitment‏

Dear Nodal Team,

This is Vinayak from Bangalore. Myland is 080-41633119 its in the name of myself.

MY concerns is :

1. I escalated an issue with landline instrument due to low voice your executive has been visited and they changed

some instrument and left but its something problem in the telephone jack. For this issue i keep on used to make a

call and call after 15days they came simply changed one telephone (RJ-11) cable and said its working... for this

simple issue without visiting my place your executives frequently passing msg to customer care that we are visited

customer place... ONLY visiting can i get solutions..bt no one has visited my place upto when I shouted to customer

care...

2. Router is giving frequent problem I use to switch off and on min.10-15times/day. For this issue they have taken

morethan 15days to solve issue that too ONLY WHEN I USED TO KEEP ON FOLLOW UP THINGS orelse they

wont taken careup.

3. Mybilling date is starting from every month 18th. As the same way this month also hapend and my speed was

degraded to lower from 19th evening onwards I thought might be service issue they only rectify after couple of

time but I got a msg on the late night that I HAVE CROSSED MY MAX. DOWNLOAD SO SPEED WAS REDUCED…

HOW CAN I CROSS 30GB OF DATA WITH IN 1DAY (24 HRS)…?!?!?

For that again I escalated issue and it sorted out by next day 1pm (aprox)

BUT STRANGE IS on the same I used max of 6hours (excluding power failure (1-1.30min) on dat day but your report

saying I HAVE DOWNLOADED 8.6GB DATA on d same day… HOW Its possible to download within 6hours that to

frequent disconnection of ROUTER .!?!

SECOND TIME IM FACING THIS TYPE OF ISSUE

4. your 2nd report saying that I have download 1.6GB of data in the time of 9.30AM BUT I opened the SHOP AROUND

10AM only (IF YOU NEED PROOF I WILL SHOW MY LOGIN RECORDS WATEVER I AM SUBMITTING TO THE

POLICE DEPART)

5 Your Team has spoke with me and I do agree for that I have downloaded what ever in the records and asked

SINCERE APOLOGY TO AIRTEL FOR MISUNDERSTOOD of AIRTEL SERVICES

But real incident to whom they spoke you know..! they spoke with mobile number which is not belongs to

me and even that also NOT VALID NUMBER AND WHEN EVER YOUR PEOPLE HAS REALIZED THAT THEY GOT

SUCH MISCOMMUNICATION AND WHEN I STARTED SHOUTING SIMPLY THEY HAVE DISCONNECTED THE CALL

COZ THEY DOESNOT HAVE STUFF TO SHOW OFF THEIR FACES INFRONT OF ME THAT EVERY CONVERSATION I

RECORDED IN MY MOBILE...

THIS IS 8TH WONDER IN THE WORLD THAT YOU GUYS ARE READY TO SPEAK EVEN IF THE NUMBER IS NOT

WORKING ALSO AND I BELIVE YOU WILL SPEAK DIRECTLY PLANET ALSO WITHOUT USING ANY MOBILE

NETWORK OR OTHER SOURCES..

!!! hats offff TO YOUR SERVICES!!!

6. so I decided to go for cancellation after getting these type of services even they are not ready to produce the

details also what ever I downloaded list.! And keep on escalating for complete details and requested manytimes

please send the cancellation date everytime I used to make a call they have the UNIVERSAL WORD IS OUR

escalation TEAM WILL CALL AND THEY LET YOU KNOW D DETAILS

BUT after couple of days around 4April my services has been blocked without intimating. When I used to talk

with your callcenter they have proved their head weight and rude conversation has been happened. Even I

requested you guys PLEASE PROVIDE ATLEAST 24 MORE HOURS SO FOR I CAN ARRANGE ALTERNATIVE he said its

not possible nothing is in my hand if u drop the call that customer call also will be blocked..!

Now tell me who has given rights without intimating me blocking the services…..atleast doesnt maintain

minimum ethics to maintain to inform the customer before 24hrs for line going to disconnect.

If this same incident happened in your cabin will you be sit patiently..!??!

who has given rights to speak with irresponsible answer to customer….

suppose if u are in the position of honorable its fine and show ur proud in your service

to shine ur future instead of that if you showed your proudness and irresponse answer who is the

bloody bugger to speak with me like that….I

am paying and utilizing the services if you are not wiling to give services…just close everything

Apart from that WITHOUT INTIMATING ME DISCONNECTED MY CALL………..

I hurted a lot because the way you guys are responded to me is that much…. And second thing you made me close

the shop on the Occasion OF NEWYEAR THIS IS THE BIGGEST SENTIMENT FOR ME EVEN I REQUESTED YOU VERY

BADLY….. IS IT THE WAY YOU ARE GIVING D SERVICES TO THE CUSTOMERS!

2ndly I lost my business of around 3000/- in two days without opening the shop and majorly I lost my goodwill

also…..

NOW TELL ME IF YOU ARE IN THE PLACE OF ME HOW YOU WOULD RESPONSE

IF even I didn’t get proper response from you respected peoples... I know where I suppose to challenge because

every proof is with me from starting day to end day what ever you guys are saying and giving false commitement

including recorded voices and my logsheet and your report and YOUR CONVERSATION OF PROUD TEAM MEMBERS

Coz I am not wiling to close this until I am geting ve response from your side...

NEVER THINK ALL THE CUSTOMER YOU CAN CHEAT EASILY... I AM THE EXCLUDED ONE

Expecting the results when I get the satisfied results I am ready to pay morethan 100% what ever my outstanding

balances…IF you failed to show off the records what challenges you suppose to take...!!!
