Efund and false information by airtel employee

I did applied for an airtel broad band connection adn sales guy came to my house and took Rs 500 adv and 700 for modem. After 1 week I was told that connection will not be available beacause of non feasability. So I was told that will get refund cheque within 10 days. I have followed 3 times but there is no action taken. Its been more than 1 month. This seems to be a fodgery case where there is no information about the person who ttok money and also other employees ae careless as well
