Fraud Executive Cheated

My Name is Kannan I am From Chennai. I have applied Airtel Broadband Connection a few weeks ago. One of the Aritel Executive Named Senthil came to my House on Friday 24.06.11 for getting my details his number is 7358028990 he asked me to fill the form and asked to pay the advance rental for my plan its Rs 1400. I paid that to him he gave me a copy form the Airtel form and told me that i would get connection in 2 days. But still now no update i tried calling is number but it was switched off all the time. When i called airtel customer care they asked for the form number i gave them they told the form details are not logged in. Don't know what to do and how can i get my Money Back.
