I want to inform the readers "IF YOU WANT TO DELIVER SOMETHING ON-TIME DO NOT SEND IT VIA HYDERABADONLINEFLORISTS.COM". This happened to me when i shifted out of hyderabad and want to send rakhi to my brothers. This is festival is important to me since i was not with them i decided to send some sweets, bindi and rakhi to them. Mistake i made was selecting hyderabadonlineflorists.com site without reading the reviews.
Booked rakhi on 9th Aug with delivery date as 12th Aug but from the courier company which used for delivering these product it has been found that, It has been shipped on 11th Aug and delivery reached the destination on 16th Aug night 3 days after rakhi festival and with completely crushed ladoo and bindi missing. This is worst than the ordinary post, customer care is pathetic we tried calling the customer care for 3 day but no luck the line was busy and not able to talk with them.
