I am chandra shekher.
I had a broadband connection of Airtel (011-43306082). I disconnected that connection. First of all Airtel disconnected that connection after 1-2 months of request when they failed to convince me for continue the connection.
When the final amount of settlement bill came to me, i tried to submit the payment online. At that time i was not able to do payment due to some problem on their website www.airtel.in, also they send me the message that you can not pay online due to some problem.
After some time a airtel person guys called me for pending due. I told him to collect from my office. That person came to me on 23rd august and take away the pending amount. He gave me also the full and final settlement letter. He told me that information will update in 24-72 hours.
Till then every month airtel persons calling me again and again for pending dues. I send the scanned copy of settlement letter as they told me on email id "[email protected]" on 15th September and 20th September.
They didn't do any action on that. They only calling again and again for due payment.
Again on 25th November i send the email to nodal officer delhi and "[email protected]".
But nothing happens. They are still calling to me.
They are doing mentally harassment.
