I had taken Internet broadband connection with Airtel under the 1100 plan wherein I was promised 10 GB of limit which means that untill my 10GB download limit is used I will nbe geting 4 MBPS speed (WHAT A LIE AND A JOKE). But, I never received any speed from airtel. I used the service from Nov till Dec. They told me I had exceeded my 10 GB limit witiin 15 days which is not possible as I never downloaded anything. I just used to watch streaming videos on youtube that too 2 hours a day on alternate days. The Technical support team from airtel told me my modem given to me by airtel is faulty and is out of warranty and told me I will have to shell out another 300 Rupees for new working modem from airtel which which will only last 3 months.
I refused. I had to use 256 KBPS OF SPEED and I AM PAYING 1200 RUPEES WHICH LEGALLY IS A FRAUD BUT I WAS FORCED TO DO IT AND WAS TOLD MY SPEED WILL BE BACK TO 4 MBPS AFTER 1 MONTHS ONLY TGHAT IS ON 26 DEC, which is like I am buying Sugar worth 30 rupees a kg for 1000 rupees a kg (WHAT A JOKE).
nOW, YESTERDAY, i ASKED THEIR PEROPLE TO UPGRADE MY PLAN FROM 1200 RUPEES TO 1400 RUPEES WHEREIN I WIKLL GET GOOD SPEED UNTIL I EXCEED 30 GB DATA LIMIT AND NOW THEY R TELLING ME IT WILL ALSO BE DONE FROM 26TH JANUARY. WHICH AGAIN MEANS I WILL BE PAYING THEM 1200 RUPEES FOR 2 MONTHS FOR THE SPEED OF ONLY 300 KBPS AND THAT IS A FRAUD.
