Dear Sir
I am a unlimted internet package for which i pay approx 899pm. I had logged a complaint on 9th of may that Iam losing my connection frequently. I had also gven a written complaint on 14th of may at the office in Santhome. The issue has not been resolved. This has caused me considerable frustration, monetary loss and embarassement. Why should they charge me for unlimited service when they cannot provide the same. Moreoever they do not pick up the phone and inspite of a few visits they have not sorted out the problem. They claim that everthing is alright. I have made atleast 50 calls and various complaint numbers but to no avail. They are taking the cutomers for granted and are only keen on getting new business (new connections). Kindly suggest as to how to stop thier arrogant approach.
