Kindly note that when you will go for interview, they will make you give an exam of website designing. This will not be an exam, rather would be a work for a client. you will do some part of it, your next applicant will do some part, and so by the end all of the applicants will make a website. and they will reject you after the work saying that this is not satisfactory. also note that this work will get them PAID... so who becomes a fool here.?
You claimed that you have 40 employees. at that time you didnt had 5 stable employees and were not in a position of payin them so now how come you are having so many IMAGINARY EMPLOYEES???
