Hi

I am based in Goa, and ordered for a cake and a bunch of roses to be delivered to my fiance on valentines day. The package was never delivered and i have tried calling their supposedly 24x7 call center number and no one answers the phone.

Kindly let me know if there is a way to take them to task for taking consumers for granted. I have also checked online and found many people with similar problems faced with www.amchiemumbai.com and indiaflowerplaza.com and nothing seems to be done about it.

So please let me know if there some thing i can do. Also please note that www.indiaflowerplaza.com also is a part of the fraud as the customer service mail address is their and the to do not answer the phone when called.
