We, Nefertari Trading Private Limited, hired Amorphous Technology Solutions on February 15 as our website contractor. At the time of the arrangement, we were promised a website with a one year support contract and any other additional changes we may need for Indian Rs. 53, 000. Our website at the time was promised to be completed by May 1st. Prior to May 1st, we had already deposited 70% of the money owed to them. Over the course of working with Amorphous, May1st came and the website was not live. Instead on May1st, they changed the deadline to June 1st and Varun Soni, their Jaipur representative was in contact with us verified and promised us that our website would be ready by June 1st. Agreeably, we were willing to wait. We had informed our suppliers who were impatient, already with the delay that June 1st our website would be complete and we would start selling their merchandise. June 1st came and the website still was not ready or delivered. During the month of June, despite Varun verifying that the website would go live and we would have a payment gateway other than Pay pal, neither were delivered. Instead, we found out that Varun had not completed either and negligently failed to inform us.
On May 5th, Varun had also promised us that he would upload all of our photos and fill in thee descriptions. Having uploaded some, Varun has informed us this past week that he will not upload any more and has therefore delayed the completion of our website by significant time.
It is now July, our website has gone live but all the alterations we are asking for have still not been completed. During the duration of this time, we have lost innumerable amount of business and because of our lack of having a payment gateway, through Pay pal we lose 4% in the transaction itself of the US dollar to INR in respect to our bank account. Now, without making all the changes, Amorphous has asked us to submit the remainder of the payment that we need to. In addition to this, without mentioning prior to providing us the service, they are also billing us for two changes that we asked to be made. Just to be clear, prior and during the course of these changes, they did not inform us that these changes would require payment.
Until today, we do not have a Payment Gateway which was promised to us, as per the arrangement we had. Instead, Amorphous has informed us that we have to register for the payment gateway ourselves. Moreover, they have been pressurizing us to remit the rest of the payment when our website has not been completed properly and daily, our consumers are writing us complaints of things we are missing. These changes were promised to us by Varun Soni and not he is defaulting on our arrangement that was included in our INR Rs. 53, 000. Often, he has also avoided our call and several times when we ask for him to meet us there is an excuse.
In June, we were also informed that in July when we want a meeting with the CEO of Amorphous and the whole board of Directors it would be arranged, however, that still has not been arranged. On Friday, July 20th our investors will be coming. The CEO and Board of Directors have refused to come stating that they have, ' work', and Varun is not living up to his end of the bargain. Yet, we have still been asked to pay the bill.
Nefertari Trading appeals to the Consumer Complaints Department to look into our case. We are readily available for contact at Nawab Saheb Ki Haveli, Tripolia Bazar, Jaipur, India 302002 and would gladly welcome a visit to verify e-mail exchanges and calls that will attest to what we have mentioned here. We would like to make full payment of what we promised to Amorphous, as long as, they are willing to respect us and not bill us fraudulent charges for work completed without agreeing upon payment and that they agree (as our contract stated) that we would be able to submit changes freely for up to 1 year from date of signing contract, March 15th.
