Case of fraud

I had purchased Yoga mat by order no 1016112 dt 19.03.2012. online shopping from above company. I was keeping in mind that it is Yoga mat. But when i received the mat through courier, it was totally a piece of foam. it is not a mat. I had registered a complaint to company but they did not take any action on this. i want my money back and company may take products back.
