Yahoo/msn Lottery Incoperation
Not sending of winning parcel even after receiving delivery charges

On 23.09.2007 mail received from Mrs. Florina Bent that "you have won lottery of yahoo/msn lottery for Great britain pound sterlings 500, 000 and asked us to send details reg our personnel details such as name, address etc.,

After 2days, Mr. David mack of verifications dept mailed that the winning parcel we may get through ecourior company's despatch officer Mr. David Farguson.

Mr. David Farguson mailed that the winning parcel is ready and if we send a delivery charges of 300pounds (INR 24, 208/=) then the parcel will be sent within 3days. The amount was paid by us on 09.10.2007 through Mr. LALZUIMAWII A/C. NO. 1291000156983 of HDFC Bank Ltd and Mr. A.S.RITA TANGKHUL A/C.NO. 002101551151 of ICICI Bank Ltd who are belonging to India.

After we sent the amount of Rs. 24, 208/= Mr. David farguson confirmed the credit of the amount and said that the parcel will be recd by us on 13.10.2007 and he asked us to be at home.

We availed leave from office and waited for recieving the parcel. But on the same day, we recd a email that our parcel has been withheld by British clearence dept. and Mr. David Farguson asked us to pay another sterling pound 1320 (INR 1, 07, 000/=) approximately. So far Mr. David Mack and Mr. David Farguson has no response in this matter after 19.10.2007. And we havent recd any mail from their side. Mr. David mack convinced us to be feel free and he too is not answering our letters sent recently regarding this.

THEY ARE USING THE COMMENT IN THEIR LETTERS THAT NOT TO SAY ANYBODY REGARDING THIS BECAUSE THEY WILL GET THE SAME".

AND THEY ASKS US TO PAY THE DELIVERY CHARGES IMMEDIATELY WITHIN THE DAY THEY ASK. SO THESE ARE ALL THE WAYS THEY MADE US IN AN ABSENT MINDSET.

Either they have to send the winning parcel without any further claim or the amount we have sent (Rs. 24, 208/=). The abovesaid amount must be returned to us or otherwise we have to go for legal actions. Kindly do the needful.
