Non receipt of parcel no:1405/NUM/ADR

The claims event manager has suggested for safe delivery of cheque

from the above couriers but so far same is not received to me till now

and they are showing custom clearance copy from Ballard Estate

II nd floor Indian Customs Office but place is not mentioned in the

email copy sent to me. Is it necessary to deposit amounts in UN

office for this kind of cheques as some people are acting as UN
