Fraud - hacked into hotmail a/c

Email account of [email protected] has been hacked.

A fraud email stating that Rev Monsi was in the UK was sent to his well wishers, requesting for money as the email falsely stated that he was stranded. A well wisher already sent USD 2500 to the hacker.

Pl could you lay hold of the account - and freeze it - so that it could be reactivated by Rev Monsi.
