on 28 february i got an sms from TM_CCAD. the content of the sms was.
" your mobile number have won 1 million pounds in the cocacola award mobile draw 2010.
contact philwhite7772010@hotmail."
so i complainted to the consumer complaints india then i got the below mail

It is true that there are series of Winnings and giving out of cash awards in the UK.
Unfortunately mobile numbers and email addresses of winners has been hacked by ex staffs and winners are been contacted illegaly.
Do not have a follow up with the senders of these mail as they are not in position to pay out your winnings.
Send your full name and winning notification to the the Complaints Board UK on [email protected] so as to enable them ascertain if you are actually a winner and render assistance on how your winnings can be collected
