Non settlement of EPF/EPS

I worked for Ckar Systems, Hyderabad and resigned on 25/12/08 and subsequently applied for settlement of my EPF/EPS claim. Even after one year, I have not recieved my EPF/EPS claim and when I came to know about Online EPF website, I inquired there online and found out that my application has not reached EPF office. This indicates careless attitude of the company with regard to ex-employee. Please let me know what can be done to expedite the settlement of my EPF claim.
