This is absolute F*****G BULLS**T . How the hell in the god damn world can anyone dare to call this a compromise. Face value after 15 years another 5 years. Oh! great. It gets even better with the second option. If the above complainant's calculations are rights, then after another 25-27 years or so, long after my grandparents die of old age, I may, if the company still exists, I just may get peanuts. A fraction of what was promised nearly 15 years back, I'll get after another 25years.
Oh please, I feel sorry for myself for living in such a miserable corrupt nation where rapists, murders & fraudsters like Sterling MD Subramianam are respected and high heeled people. I just feel extremely sorry for the few surviving decent, straight forward people of this sorry god forsaken country called India.
I hope the judiciary reviews this so called "Compromise" and arrives at a true compromise or dissolve the sterling group & auction the assets please and distribute the proceeds.
