i have been working with the above company since jan04 but since last april the increment has not been given by company. so as last 3 months the increment not been given so i left the company from 10th july.. when i told them to clear my pending bills, they are not paying and talking with me in abusing language.i have to take incrments of 3 months, 3500 x 3 months and alsoo have to take 10 days salary from them as my salary is 18000. so requesting you so guide me and help me

also they are employing the workers less than 16 years of age and also they are paying very less and below 4 thousand.

they are using people and recruiting the workers paying lesss amount.

so kindly help me in getting my 1 year bonus and also my pendings. i have to take 32 thousnad from them so kindly help me in doing so. or guide me. they are not replying. so should i do police case. kindly help me.pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeee.

i am not alone who has been cheated there are more also.
