Sir,
Following is what company not paying as my left outs with them.
1> My 3 month increment as 3500 x 3 = Rs 10, 500 (01 April to 30 June)
2> My 8 days salary and 2 days leave deposited with them.
Salary = 17000/30=Rs 566
So 10 days salary will be Rs 5660 (01 July to 8 July and 2 days deposited with them)
3> My 1 year bonus 2011 year bonus. As they are cutting from the salary and also not included in salary. Extra they are giving. Basic salary x 2. i.e. all these they had given to all.
4> My leave deposited with them other not affected due to the holiday or leave.
1.25 (monthly leave deposited) total years worked (1.6 years- 01 Jan to 10 July)
So it around 20 days. So 20 days salary also to be taken.
Bonus have to take…………Rs 8000 nearby
Increment have to take ……..Rs 10500
10 days salary………………..Rs 5660
Near about 20 leave salsry…Rs 10000 nearby
So total is around Rs 30, 000. Is what amount is pending with them. And they are not giving me.
I have been working with the company since jan04 but since last April the increment has not been given by company just telling they had declared but will give afterwards. but finally I decide not come until they give and also clear my dues. so after waiting for 3 months the increment not been given so i left the company from 10th july.
1> When I joined my salary was Rs 9000, - Jan
2> Increment in April given 1500. So it was Rs 10, 500. - April
3> Increment was given as my work was good. Rs 3000. Rs 13, 500 – Nov
as promised by them that they will increase my salary and depending on my work they will give after six months ineffective of April increment.
- In july they declared that increment is 3500, so will give 3 months together and also clear my account.
- When I asked for increment to be given in July as the 3 months pending increment and also with the June month salary, they only gave salary not the increment. So I asked them about the increment but they told they will give later.so I told them I will not be coming until everything is cleared from them. So from 11th July I was not going to company.
- Afterward on 18 July I told them to clear my dues and asked them to give my salary and also want proper letter in which they will notify my salary. But they denied and they in unmannered way and tone they used to reply in the mail.
- On every mail it seems clear from my side but they are always denying and finding my faults irrespective of what they are doing.
- In 19th july mail they told they still not answer my points clearly. And I visited company to clear points and asked them to clear my account and also as no work pending from my side I told that I want to clear my account.
- On 11 aug they offer me the revised statement of salary for me as-attached sheet-rev-0
- And in reply to that I told that please clear the dues and no conditions are accepted because I was asking for my dues and they told that I have to deposit the check for security purpose and they will give the check in exchange of that check. I told I will not do that as I am asking my salary on the basis of my work done. But they denied and once had a meeting regarding this.
- Until September they were not answering me and not replying my call or mail and on 25 sep 2011 they asked me to submit the resignation letter along with the date so that they can clear the dues and will give me my amount. So I did as they told.
- But after submitting my resignation letter they not replying me and not answering my call and talking with me in abusive language and not answering me. Telling that no pending are there and they have to take from me the money.
- I submitted my resignation on 25 sep 2011 and also by hard copy on 11 sep 2011 so by mail and hard copy also but they are not receiving my calls and not answering my mails.
- On 9-11-11 I told them give my pendings but still not answering and telling me they had to take money from me and they will not give me any money.
- On every day I call them and mail them after that but still not answering me and not giving any satisfactory answer.
- While I was working there they have sent me for their work abroad for 3 times. 2- times to indoonesia and 1-time to sharjah.
- During these visit I have gave them all the bills which they gave me money to use there and some of bill not available so have told where I have used and they have no issue regarding this until now.
- It was around 3 months they are not answering me and also as Diwali time bonus had to be given so I asked to clear my bonus and also my pending amount they are not answering.
1> After being mentally tortured by them for these many months I filed a complaint against in the labour department. In Nov. I tried every where but no one helped me and also no one answering. So I got to the labour office near centrail jail and filed my complain there.
2> until these period they have not call me or told anything about the pendings and also not answering me.
3> After so many follow ups I receive letter from labour office that the meeting is there and so I went there for it.
During meeting no one from their company came who is in the company. They sent some other person irrespective of all the matter and also not knowing actual matter and thus by their discussion they told&
- Rs 5600 is bonus and 200 is salary. Nothing is pending and also as they have to recover 6500 of visit to site in November they have to pay only 566 Rs.
- So I denied and as they are also not giving any answer I denied their proposal and asked them to be clearer. The person also told that the company will recover the pending by rules and they will file case against me.
- They also have no money to be taken from me. As during any site visit I report them back with the bills and clearing of all.
- If any dissatisfaction from my side they felt then they haven’t sent me 3- times abroad for their work and they are charging huge from the respective company.
- I filed complaint many time through mail to various departments but still nothing had came up and so still fighting for justice.
- I am simple person. Not knowing much rules and regulations. I am asking about the money to be paid for what I have worked for and also not have done anything wrong.
- They are satisfied with my work so gave me increment and other incentive during my work for 1.6 years.
- But when they had to give money they are denying me and not giving and clearing my account. Please help in the same matter.
- 07-12-11 today meeting was there at labour office in front of the labour officer but nothing came up from them and they not clearing my account still.

- So unsatisfied from all the above things that got happened in my life during this last few months I am asking for true justice and favour the truth.
