My PF No Is. MH91258-1344
Myself mangesh Manohar kadam. currently i am living in mumbai last 8
years.
My concern about my Provind Fund settlement money's.
I was worked with Embee software company located at 701.Advent
atria, Chincholi bunder road, opp. kingstone tower village chincholi,
Malad west Mumbai - 400064. since Aug to 31-Dec. i am
filling my settlement documents in said office in Jan. and i
continuasally follow up with concern persons but till the time i have
not received any single acknowledgemet from said company to submitt
documents in PF Office.
In month of Nov-11 once again i submitt my settlement documents to
said company for my PF settlement but same practice once again No any
confirmation to me about my doc's submission to PF office Kandivli (
attach scan copy of doc's which is i fill up the forms and send to
company in Nov - 11).
Now till the time company not submitt my forms to PF kadivli office.
Between i left this job, now one year and two moths are passed away. i
cant understand this process. can i know who authoritys controling in
private ltd company PF delay issues.
this is my application to you very onestlly pls revert me with any
action plan. If i not got any sourse to resolve this issue i will
defenatally suiside against said company's door.
