A courier (Letter) was posted to me on my adress M/s Balaji coffee works through french express courier from salem on 8-11 and till now it is not delivered. As a result i have a very big loss in my buisiness.

I would like to request that the courier service may please forced to give my loss with the help of consummer protection act.

The pod number is 15048748 dated 8-11 from Salem office of french express courier.
