GD WEB solutions ltd. CHEATED WITH bank cheque. I have
returned cheque they issued against security deposit they received from my son ARNAB DUTTA.. Bank returned the cheque twice. Cheque no.is 591883 dated 30.07.09 amounting Rs.60, 000/.The cheque was of BUSINESS VINTAGE (Payble at per at all HSBC branches) MICR Code-700039004. The company issued a letter requesting to allow them time upto 15.03.1910. but after the stipulated time the company VANISHED.As far as I know the proprietor now resides at SHANTINIKETAN.
THE COMPANY WAS AN ISO 9001 certified company, Associate Member of
NASSCOM, and Licensed Partner OF MICROSOFT.(AS THEY DEMANDED)
The company owned a SEARCH ENGINE named ONESHELP.com
Is it possible to get back money or punished the CHEATER? BUT I DONT BELIEVE.
