PF not deducted by company

Respected Sir/Madam,

In GBS there are more than 40 employees working but company is not registered for provident fund deduction. It is my utmost request to you, kindly take some strict action to stop the unethical practice of this company. This company has regular practice of hiring people when there is work flow and fire them within 2 months when work is not required from them. And, they don, t pay any compensation for the work done by such employees.
