On dated 24/9/10 at 10.00 reported regarding Leakage of Gas from pre-issued cylinder which was serious in nature required immediate attention but the Dealer Ramkrishna agency, Puratan Bazer/Kharagpur was so damned care to say you report to Indian oil, we have no staff to attend immeadiately, thay have not provided any staff for this purpose. Still today on dt.25/09/10 nobody attended till 1 p.m. On contact their customer care again misbehaved and demanded false that theeir staff retuned back due to room closed which just by-passing tendency.
My question is that how a dealer dared to become liliant in such cases where SAFETY of Human life involved. I expect at least anybody their to listen me please. Pls give a feed back e.mail [email protected]
