Dinesh Gas service..a representative of HP Gas services has not given me a single refill since connection in february. he is abusive and highly corrupt. I do noy wish to get into a battle with such people and I cant seem to register a complaint against him Dinesh gas is in Sultanpur village, MG road New delhi.someone pl advise me what to do
