Delay and Broken Seal Cylinder Supply

Dear Sir,

I am a consumer of Indane Gas domestic at Aluva under agency M/s. Manu Flames Aluva. Ernakulam Dist, Kerala, India. I have been booked for the gas cylinder through the IVR system TOMOGAS on Sept 04, still we are unable to get the refilled gas cylinder. Also it is highly noted to complain that mostly this agency is supplying the refilled gas cylinder which has the SEAL BROKEN. As my old mother who is only available at home when the supplier boy is delivering the refilled cylinder and during checking in the evening it is being noted that the Seal of the delivered cylinder is broken. Please help me to know how and whom to approach to prevent such delays and malpractices by this agency.
