I am tentatively rating this lawyer. We have been using her for almost 9 months and have found her to be uncommunicative and nonperforming. (Example, 8 months later and we still do not have a court date). If things improve I will return and correct this rating but right now we are frustrated and this is the best recourse we have. we have spent over $12, 000 to date and nothing has been done. just found out that she lost her license to practice. (STAY AWAY)
The State Bar of California suspended the license of Caroline Sue Sternberg from the practice of law effective July 30. The sispension is two years, stayed for all but a month, with probation for the two year period.

Ms. Sternberg is one of the attorneys in what many litigants find to be a group of favored attorneys who seem to get preferential treatment by Commissioner Alan H. Friedenthal of Los Angeles Superior Court.
