The aforesaid company is exploiting the man power employed by them & also doesnot adheres to the rules of Labor department. The company is into Software devlopment & is working as a back office to the US head office of its. The company expoits its employees mentally & follows the bonded labour system as they force every new employee to sign a bond & also forces them to submit a non dated signed check after their joining with the company. The company doesnot allows any employee to dissociate from them at will & force them to work untill the bond period completion.
Along with this they dont folow the department guided timeline of 8 hrs night shift as they have a shift duration of 9hours & 45 minutes & that too with a single break for dinner of 30 minutes.
This company is harrasing all the employees & is a human exploiter & a promoter of Bonded labor. So please do some thing against this company.
